1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chicken Analytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

3 Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4 Subscriptions and Fees

Our service is billed on a subscription basis. We use an Assets Under Management (AUM) pricing model, currently set at 1 basis point (0.01%) per year, billed monthly based on your average daily balance.

• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with 30 days' notice.
• A minimum monthly charge of $0.50 applies to all active accounts.

5 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws; (b) impersonate others; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) scrape or index our content without permission; or (e) use the service for any purpose other than personal portfolio tracking.

6 Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Chicken Analytics and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Chicken Analytics, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.

8 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Berlin, Germany.
