1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Chicken Analytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2 Description of Service
Chicken Analytics is a dividend portfolio tracking tool that provides analytics, charts, and growth projections based on your manually entered or synced financial transactions.
3 User Accounts
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account.
4 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purpose, or to upload malware or attempt to compromise our security. All data provided must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
5 Subscription Fees
Certain features of our services require payment. Fees are calculated on a basis-point system of Assets Under Management (AUM), with a minimum of $0.50 per month. All fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
6 Limitation of Liability
Chicken Analytics provides financial tracking tools for informational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice. We are not liable for any financial losses you may incur.
7 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these terms or fail to pay subscription fees.
